There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, and the hotel is close to both bus and subway stops. It’s newly renovated, so everything feels new, clean, and well equipped. Check-in isn’t until 6 PM, which is pretty late, though you can leave your luggage at reception before then. It’s now called Daeyeon Den Basta Hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms feel worn because this is an old motel. There are lots of newly remodeled places near Daeyeon Intersection, so I’d look there instead.
