The owner is always kind and takes good care of whatever we need. If we mention something is missing, they bring it right to our room. They also put careful thought into breakfast, and having an air purifier in every room felt reassuring during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was wonderful, and I’m definitely planning to come back.

I stopped here on a business trip and found the room spotless, with excellent facilities. The first floor had a washing machine, plus a printer and fax machine that were easy to use. For breakfast there was toast, rolls, boiled eggs and cup noodles, with iced coffee available to take away.

We first came to Masan Market by chance for its cheap, generous seafood selection, and now we try to stop in whenever we’re in Masan. We haven’t been able to visit as often because of COVID-19. The market I mean is across Lucas Road on the ocean-facing side of the apartment complex, not inside Shinsik Market. It’s right by the complex, down an alley lined with stalls selling baskets of seafood at a flat price. There’s a lot for the money, and I’m giving Masan Market a plug too ^^. Lucas Hotel is a great place for travelers and business travelers. I haven’t used them, but there’s a washer, dryer, computer and printer, and I’m not sure whether there’s a fax machine. Two convenience stores are across the street, handy for last-minute shopping. We go with kids, so we wanted breakfast, and Lucas’s was really satisfying: milk and flakes, toast and fried eggs you can make yourself, cabbage salad, and coffee that’s always available and delicious. The eggs take a while to cook, and I think they had boiled eggs too ^^. They don’t put out big portions, but the owner came by and quickly refilled everything before leaving. Maybe he only checked the restaurant on the monitor haha. Thanks ^^. They even have iced cups, which is a nice touch. I’ve stopped here every time I’ve gone to Masan Market for seafood. It was already pretty clean and had breakfast, which I liked, and after a remodel about two years later it was even cleaner. It’s unmanned now, but the owner was always around and friendly, answering questions in person or over the intercom. The bedding was incredibly clean, and the bathroom spotless. I’m sensitive to dust on the floor when I’m with kids, though, and there was some under the table, which disappointed me a little. Everything else was clean. I’d give it five stars, but I wish the owner would clean more under the table and around the bed too ^^. Lucas Hotel sometimes slips past on the navigation system, so keep an eye out. My photos are always terrible because I take them too late ㅜㅜ. This is just my opinion, but I definitely recommend it ^^. Thanks to the friendly owner ^^.

I liked having a terrace room with a view of the beach. Breakfast was simple, with toast, ham and vegetables, and there was a space where you could cook your own fried eggs.

The interior has an old-fashioned feel, and using things was a bit inconvenient. Still, it was nice to have a massage chair. Breakfast comes with the stay, and you can get drinks and coffee any time.
