Hera Motel

After a long ride from Seoul to Busan, this place had what I needed for an overnight stop: a shared kitchen and washing machines. The room also had a small sofa, plus a smart home setup where one remote controls everything. I paid the lowest hotel price in town, which felt like a good deal. From outside, it looks a bit like Rapunzel might let her hair down. There were a few wallpaper stains, but all that convenience is a nice touch for their karma.

Being able to cook ramen was a nice extra. I was still unhappy with the cleanliness, though. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the room felt very cold, maybe because of a draft. The light wouldn’t fully go out even when switched off, which was a problem for me since I need total darkness to sleep.

There are plenty of bidet and disposable supplies, but the bidet is broken and the disposables are low quality. The first floor also has plenty, though it could use more attention to cleanliness. The air conditioner is very old and doesn’t work well. Having a lot of supplies matters, but service quality matters too.
