There isn't much nearby for food or other conveniences, so bring your own supplies. Getting into downtown is also difficult, and given those drawbacks, the price feels a bit high. I probably wouldn't return unless I was attending an event. The setting is unusual and the views are breathtaking: Nodeul Island, the 63 Building, and lines of cars on Gangbyeonbuk-ro all make up the scene. You can get there by car using the elevator beside the parking lot under the bridge, or take bus 6211 directly to the hotel. The incoming traffic is surprisingly quiet compared with the view. Inside, I enjoyed looking through the various decorative objects, and the speakers were excellent. One thing to consider: when it rains, drops hitting the eaves beside the bedrooms can be quite loud. People with sensitive skin may want to keep that in mind.

If they split the place into three or four rooms and brought the price down to a third or a quarter, more people might come out of curiosity and because it'd feel like better value. The location seems inconvenient and possibly uneasy, and I wonder how many people can spend over 400,000 won. Since getting there is already difficult, maybe it would work better as a guesthouse where people could even arrive by Ttareungi and stay overnight. It'd be good to keep the rate under 50,000 won a day, haha 😀 They should also listen to travel fans, including travel YouTubers. I don't think this place can make a profit as it is. It might be better used as another unusual experience spot in Seoul.
