The automated check-in was very convenient, and the location deserves a full rating. The second floor has an all-you-can-eat BBQ beef buffet that I thought was worth trying, though it was always crowded, so time your visit. In fairness, I would recommend the hotel for its location and basic necessities. My stay ran five days, until 02/11/25. On the evening of 30/10/25 at 10:30 p.m., I came back to find the aircon switched off and fixed to heater mode without any notice. When I called the emergency line, I was told to open the windows if I felt warm. The floor-to-ceiling windows were sealed, so there was nothing to open. The unit also shut itself off after a while, even when turned on. With the thermostat showing 29 degrees, the room became warm and stuffy, with poor air circulation and heavy breathing. Guests should be able to choose the thermostat setting when they need it, even in cold weather. After the trip, I still think the smallest rooms should be avoided in cold seasons. They have no windows that open, and when the heater comes on automatically the room gets stuffy and warm, with no ventilation. I experienced this with a family of four.

For a hotel in central Seoul, this was very disappointing. The room was under 10 m2, barely had space for luggage, and cost us $250 a night for bunk beds. You couldn't stand upright without hitting your head on the bunk bed. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and there was no breakfast. Check-in was at 3 p.m. and checkout at 10 a.m. Not worth the price, and I wouldn't stay again.

We had trouble with our app and asked a female staff member to book an Uber to the airport for 11:30 AM. She misunderstood and thought we needed the car immediately. Since their lunch break ran from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, she said she'd come back at 11:45 AM to help. I confirmed several times, and she assured me she would. But when we returned at 11:45, she wasn't there. We waited about 30 minutes and asked a male staff member for help. He gave us her contact number, but she didn't answer any of our calls. It was disappointing that she didn't follow through after promising. If you can't do it, please don't promise. During the visit, that female staff member was also unfriendly and hard to approach, without a smile or warmth. Her manner made us uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. The male staff member kindly went out of his way to call us an Uber. He was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, and without him we might have missed our flight. We're very grateful for his kindness and excellent service. I hope the female staff member improves her hospitality and basic English communication, especially in a hotel that welcomes international guests.

There’s a subway station very close by, and the room and washroom were clean. The shower was good, with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and they supplied two towels each day. The only thing they could improve is luggage storage during the stay, since it can get too crowded.

The front desk guys were great and really tried to communicate with guests, which I appreciated. The location was excellent, and the hotel itself was extremely clean, with great showers and fresh towels every day. I loved staying here and would definitely come back. Cheers.
