The hotel is easy to reach by either bus or train, and the area stays fairly quiet after dark for a city. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of different styles to choose from. Staff and service were wonderful. Our rooms were comfortable and well equipped without feeling cramped, with firm mattresses. The bathrooms are a bit tight but very functional, and the provided amenities were nice.

The buffet was kind of mid, but the rooms are really good for the price. The staff were nice, spoke softly, and could speak English. It’s right by two metro stations, so I’d definitely recommend staying here if you need a place. Really good for a 4 star hotel.

I picked this hotel for its location near both the bicycle rental shop where I got my bike and Gongdeok Arex station. I took my bicycle from there to Cheongna Int’l City station to start my cross country ride, and bikes are allowed on Arex on weekends. The hotel is a little old and expensive, probably because of where it is. The front desk and concierge came across as a bit cold and didn’t seem willing to help store my bike. Breakfast is basic, so don’t expect much.

The room had plenty of space and was comfortable to relax in after a day out in the city. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location was fantastic, just steps from a subway station with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I stayed here a few years ago and only just got around to writing this, but I really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks. On the first night, the air conditioning didn’t work, and I got heat rashes on my neck. I complained, and they sent a technician to the room. He explained that they turn off the main air conditioner at certain hours to save electricity. He said it had been such a hot summer that they’d used a lot of electricity and asked me to understand. I would never return.
