I had a terrible experience last September. Before booking, I read comments on Agoda about missed bookings and figured it had only happened once, so it wouldn’t happen to me. But the same thing happened. I speak Korean, and from talking to the owner I learned that this hotel was no longer an Agoda business partner, even though Agoda still listed it on the site. Ridiculous. Sorting out the refund with Agoda took about an hour. Luckily, I arrived in the morning and there were plenty of other hotels nearby. If I’d turned up at night exhausted, it would have been a nightmare. The owner wasn’t very friendly or willing to help resolve the problem, so after Agoda confirmed the refund, I chose somewhere else to stay.

The subway station on Line 7 is close, and there are plenty of shops and other places open late nearby. The price is reasonable, too. Most of all, my 81-year-old mom often had to stay here by herself because of personal circumstances, and the caring, attentive staff helped her feel safe and comfortable. I’m really grateful to them.

The hotel has changed owners, so don’t let the old negative reviews put you off. Its 9/10 Booking.com score reflects the place now. It’s top-notch.

It may look nice, but it really isn't that good. If the mold won't come out of the blanket, I think they'll have to replace it.

Aside from the blanket issue, I had a good time. I asked them to change it because it had mold, but they said it was old and the mold wouldn't wash out. ㅜㅜ The basement party room itself was beautiful.
