The mountain view was good, and the bathroom was large with a good shower and toilet. The room was clean and tidy, with a good TV and Wi-Fi. There were lots of free extras, including coffee, tea, shampoo, and skin care products. The pillow was the one drawback for me, too big and puffy, and it left my neck and shoulder sore.

It was clean and pleasantly quiet during my overnight stay after visiting the charcoal kiln, since there were only about half the usual number of guests. There’s a grilling area on the rooftop by the cafe. We brought our own grill and ate up there, after checking with the owner beforehand.

Taking bus 15 makes it easy to get here and have a comfortable rest. The Jang Uk-jin Museum of Art and the lingering sense of calm ^^
