The breakfast has lots of healthy ingredients to choose from, and the lunch set is good value. I upgraded to a suite this time, though the regular rooms are just as good, with plenty of desk and workspace. They’re spacious and nicely designed, and there’s a really good air purifier. The spa, hot bath, and sauna are a nice bonus. Andaz is one of Seoul’s best Hyatt properties for location. It sits right above the subway, so you can get pretty much anywhere within 30 minutes.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the stay felt easy from start to finish. The staff were polite and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. My room was very clean and comfortable, with a great bed and a nice bathroom. I liked the little touches, too. It felt luxurious without being over the top. Andaz Hotel Seoul has a calm, cool atmosphere and a stylish modern design with a Korean touch. The lobby feels like an art space, and the location makes it easy to shop and explore Seoul. I’d happily stay here again.

Abo and his manager made the stay feel really lovely. Their service was warm, clear, and genuinely kind, and I felt welcomed and valued. Thank you both, I really appreciate it. The breakfast spread was huge, with super fresh fruit, and the bed was so comfortable it even boosted my Oura sleep score. I checked out on 1/26, and I’m already booking Andaz again for March.

The concierge even helped us get an appointment at a hair salon, and everyone we met was warm, helpful, and smiling. The service has been outstanding. As Globalists who travel often, we can confidently say the food and service are exceptional. The bed is incredibly comfortable, too. Being right above the metro is so convenient, with lots of great restaurants just a short walk away. We’ve really loved our stay and would absolutely come back.
