Best Western Premier Gangnam

After I got back to Japan, I realized I'd left my phone at this hotel in Korea. The hotel had already tried to reach me, but I hadn't seen the message before I left Korea. Their staff then handled everything needed to get the phone shipped to my address in Japan. There was a lot of paperwork for the international shipment, but they managed it efficiently and professionally and kept me updated the whole time. I've never had better hotel service. I'm extremely grateful for their honesty, effort, and professionalism. The hotel also has a great Gangnam location and a strong sense of luxury and comfort. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Getting around Gangnam was easy from Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel. It’s very close to the airport limousine bus stop, Sinnonhyeon and Eonju subway stations, and several convenience stores. The staff and housekeeping team were friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I’d recommend it if you want somewhere convenient and comfortable in the Gangnam area.

The room was spacious, and housekeeping was efficient. The location is good, with easy access to two stations and Youngdong Market. On the downside, the breakfast menu was the same every day and didn't list any ingredients. There's no coin laundry, and the gym is waaaay too small.

The noise made this a really unpleasant stay. The walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin, so I could hear whole conversations and was kept awake until 3am every night. I was counting down the days until I could leave. Breakfast was very disappointing too. Terrible, I won't return. If sleep matters to you, don't stay here. I'd suggest the Novotel across the road instead.
