I really liked staying here for the last two days of our time in Seul because I wanted to have this cultural experience. We had a suite with warm floors, though I found the bathroom a bit cold. The host was super friendly and communicative, explained everything to us, and used a translator when we couldn't understand. The place is well located inside the village, with lots of cafes and restaurants. You can walk to several tourist spots, and public transport is very close. A good tip is to get up reasonably early and walk around the village before it fills with people. You can explore and take photos in peace.🥰

Set in a traditional Korean house (hanok) in the alleys of Ikseon-dong, the guesthouse is close to the interchange for subway lines 1, 3, and 5. Cafes and restaurants are about a five-minute walk away, and at night there are rows of tented horse-drawn carriages. The room floors were warm, though the bathroom felt a little cold. Free 5G Wi-Fi is available. You can communicate in English or Chinese; I found my English worked better, since I used a translation app on my phone. The owner was very friendly.
