Gangnamstay - Foreigners Only

I stayed in the spacious, comfortable six-bed room, and each guest gets a large locker that fits a suitcase as well as other belongings. The hostel is clean, stocked with what you might need, and there’s always food around. Sue and her mother cooked different meals for us, and her aunt was warm and welcoming too. We had lovely conversations and plenty of laughs. Sue gave me all the information I needed to explore Gangnam and the rest of Seoul. She even kept in touch after I left to check that the rest of my trip was going smoothly, which meant a lot since it was my first visit to South Korea. The location is invaluable for experiencing authentic Seoul. It’s an all-female dorm run by three wonderful women. Many guests were return visitors, some on their second, third, or fourth stay. A few were in Seoul for plastic surgery and found it a safe, supportive place to recover. I was here for seven nights and had a really enjoyable stay. I recommend it if you want somewhere clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming.

The hostel was spotless and had everything I needed, from a washing machine and kitchen utensils to a comfortable bed and clean towels. Sue and her mother made it feel so cozy and homey, and were kind and helpful throughout. Breakfast was delicious too. Such a lovely experience, thank you! 😘

Gangnam Stay Foreign felt like a second home, with a cozy, spacious atmosphere and everything clean and well cared for. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe and comfortable. The owner and staff were so friendly and ready to help, and their hospitality made the stay even better. I also met wonderful people and made memories I won’t forget. Thanks for such a great experience. If you want a welcoming, secure place in Gangnam, I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A good option for young women looking for a place to stay after plastic surgery or for medical tourism. The units have walls and blinds, and there’s generous closet space. It was clean too.
