The shared kitchen was one of the most useful parts for me. It had coffee, a water filter, microwave, ice maker, kettle and laundry facilities, plus each room had a little fridge. There wasn’t a shared dining room, and I hardly saw anyone in the common areas, maybe because there weren’t many guests. Whether the place stays clean and quiet also depends on who else is there. I liked the charging outlets that let me plug in a USB cable directly, and my rating is pretty close to 4.5. It’s a guesthouse near the station, though getting to the subway elevator takes a detour and there aren’t escalators. If you have luggage, the nearby market exit is on a slope and was useful. I wanted to leave my bags after arriving early in the morning, but had trouble getting in. Communication may depend on which booking site you use. Most of the rooms for one or two people seem to be on the ground floor, so I didn’t need to use stairs. I wondered if the second-floor rooms are for families. The shower pressure was fine, and the underfloor heating kept the room warm without air conditioning when I stayed in late February to early March.
