The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, so I politely asked to switch. The next room they showed me smelled even worse, and then they said there were no other rooms to show me. If I wanted one without the cigarette smell, I'd have to pay extra. They wouldn't cancel my reservation and wouldn't respond to Agoda. This felt like a fraudulent business. Don't book.

The hotel photos on Hotels.com looked nothing like the place we found. The reception felt sketchy, with a table listing hourly rates, and the lift and shared areas were dirty and in very poor shape. Our room smelled of cigarettes and was much less clean and in far worse condition than the photos suggested. The hotel refused a refund. Be careful, this felt like a scam.

This is a love hotel, and the rooms smell of smoke. I wouldn't recommend it to travelers.

The value was great. I just wish the dark film on the window let more morning light in.
