We had a rough flight situation and arrived a day late, with our luggage missing. The owner was so kind and helpful through all of it, which eased a lot of our anxiety. The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the small rooms were still adequate. The toilets are fancy too. Five stars!

The location is great, and I liked how they tried to make the guesthouse feel like a home amid Seoul's busy pace. Breakfast was free and filling, while the small rooms were decent. Shared bathrooms were okay, though only semi-clean and moldy. A couple of things bothered me: the stairs are rough rocks, so this isn't wheelchair accessible, and I don't think the bedsheets get washed between guests.

We could easily walk to Hongdae's main street and Yeonnam-dong for food and shopping, and Exit 1 of Green Line 2 is very close. What made the stay especially welcoming was the house manager Min ( @hongdae_style_min ), who explained things thoroughly and was keen to help from booking through check-out. It gave us a chance to enjoy life like a local. Highly recommend, perfect score. The breakfast chicken and rice porridge was honestly the best thing I ate in Korea. I still dream about it. The owner was pleasant and helpful, and we really enjoyed staying there. The location was very good too.
