The room was a comfortable place to unwind after a day out, and it was spacious with the amenities just as described. The hotel has a polished but relaxed feel, and the whole property was clean and well kept. John and Dani really made the stay for me. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, whether helping with a request or sharing local suggestions. Their care stood out throughout the visit. I’d happily come back, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a smooth, high quality stay.

Hotel Arrive Euljiro Tum was a great base in Seoul. Several tour meeting spots and key places were an easy walk away, and the station was close too. Inside, it felt welcoming and quiet, with a spotless modern room, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful amenities. The staff were incredibly kind the whole time. I’d recommend it.

We could leave our bags before check-in, and John was especially accommodating. There are lockers in the lobby for luggage, which was handy. The hotel has a friendly feel, a great location, and they gave us free water too.

The location made it easy to get to nearby bars, restaurants, and arcades. Our room was clean, and the bed and sheets were really comfortable. The assistant manager or manager was especially helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. It definitely makes you want to return.
