Be careful if you book here. The room is small and the lights are dim, and the large bath doesn't really fit the room well. The employees seem to change all the time, and they don't seem to know the prices. There doesn't appear to be a set rate, and the price keeps changing. Even if you've paid for a week or two, they make you check out every day at 12pm and want more money. They just give you a worried look and don't answer, or never explain things. I felt they ignored international customers and weren't nice to them.

The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway, but I was disappointed by how poorly kept the room was. There was dust on the furniture, stains on the pillowcase, and grime on the bathroom tiles. It looked like basic cleaning had been neglected. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable stay.

The neighborhood was lively on Friday night, and we had a great time. There are plenty of seafood and drinking places around, and the subway is just steps away. Our room had a smart TV and a bathtub, too.

The staff were incredibly friendly during my business trip, and the room was clean. I got to relax in warm water, so I think I'll return.
