Hotel Ivory

The room was clean and nice, and the location is good. The bed felt too hard, with the springs noticeable, and the cushioning wasn't thick enough. Check the room price before confirming, since it varies. Overall, it was good.

The single room suited a solo stay where I only needed a place to sleep, though it was cramped and I couldn't open my luggage. The bathroom was tight too, and there was nowhere to hang clothes without them getting wet. There's no bidet, but the shower head reaches the toilet. Towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are available at the front desk; the towel is tiny, about the size of a floor mat. The shared area has a microwave, ironing board, washing machine, sink, and plastic bags for rubbish. There's no room service. For getting around, Chungmuro is the nearest subway station, one stop from Myeongdong, and exit 8 is a four-minute walk away. There are 711 and GS25 nearby. The road to the hotel feels a bit ulu, though the neighborhood seemed friendly and not scary. Decent experience overall.

The shared area has useful things, including a washing machine and cold water, though the towels could be much bigger. The room was in great condition and felt new, with a fair amount of space for the price. We stayed at two hotels in Seoul, and this one was the better of them. It's also very close to a metro station.

The staff were really friendly, and there’s a washing machine and a rack for hanging clothes. Getting around was easy too, with the bus stop and Chungmuro subway just a few minutes away. Great location.
