The room was compact but comfortable and practical, with enough space for one large, one medium, and two small suitcases. We had a refrigerator for fruit, and Korean strawberries are incredibly sweet and soft. There’s no microwave in the room, but the staff were happy to heat food for us at the counter. We’d asked through Agoda for a room without a mirror facing the bed for cultural reasons, and the staff took the request seriously. When we arrived, they even let us choose between two rooms. What stood out most was how warm and attentive everyone was. They greeted us and chatted with us whenever we came and went, and most spoke good English, so communication was easy. On our last day, we had an early flight and needed to be at the airport by 5am. The trains weren’t running yet and Uber was too expensive, so a staff member kindly helped book a taxi at a much more reasonable price and carried our luggage to the car, wishing us a safe trip. From check-in to checkout, the service was among the best I’ve experienced, and the location was handy too: the bus stop and train station are both about a five-minute walk away. Millhaus Shinchon Hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and thank you Hotel Millhaus!

The owner and staff were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. The bedding was neat and well cared for, and the hotel itself was clean and pleasantly maintained. Even with a small room, I could sleep comfortably without any major inconvenience. It deserves to be called the cleanest hotel in Sinchon.

Yong, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, speaks excellent English, and helped us plan sightseeing and gave us useful information about Seoul. We spent a week here over the holidays and had a fantastic stay. The Millhaus Hotel is new, with sleek, very clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, adjustable room temperature, and exceptional Wi-Fi. It’s in a lively, central neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. Sinchon Station exits 3 and 4 are only 30 seconds away, and Line 2 connects to all the central subway stations, so getting around Seoul was easy. A fantastic hotel with a fantastic manager. We recommend it 200%!

The room was still so cold even with the heating on. I tried using the air conditioner’s heating mode, but warm air only came out intermittently. The exhaust fan was also very loud, with nothing to block the noise. I don’t think anyone staying overnight could sleep through it.

The owner is kind, and above all, the place is clean. The shower supplies come in small containers, which feels sanitary. Please keep it up, boss.
