I picked this place for a weeklong trip because it was reasonably priced, the reviews seemed okay, and it was easy to reach KSPO on foot. The area worked out well: there are 24-hour restaurants nearby, a limousine bus runs from Incheon Airport to the nearest station, and getting around by other transport was easy too. I was nervous at first because the exterior looked old, but I slept well and was glad I chose it. Trip.com said it opened in 2026, which didn’t match how new it looked. I’d stay again if I had plans nearby. The staff member who helped me on arrival was kind and tried hard to communicate with a smile, even though I don’t speak English. I appreciated the emails before my arrival and was touched to get a box of sweets as a small gift. I felt bad that I couldn’t return the gesture, but I enjoyed them. Daily cleaning was appreciated, and soap and water were replenished thoughtfully. There were always four face towels, enough for me, though they were quite worn and that might bother some people. On the last day, for some reason, the room wasn’t cleaned, so I had no towel. Opening the door to find that was a real letdown at the very end. My room was on the 5th floor. It was fairly clean, and although it wasn’t soundproof, being off the main street kept noise from getting too loud or bothersome. There were some things that needed attention: I found hair on the bed when I moved the pillow, the chair cover was torn, and the fridge had sticky white residue, water marks, and a slight smell. I didn’t want to put my head inside it. It only got moderately cool, and I wished it had been cleaner. There was hair on the comb, and the kettle had a little water left in it, presumably from the previous guest, so I couldn’t use it. Maybe combs would be better sold in the vending machine near the entrance. The TV remote was confusing and I couldn’t work out how to use it. I didn’t use the AC, but it was handy that it and the lights could be controlled remotely. The room had three outlets, one on the long table, one beside the bed, and one under the round table, which is useful. The sink pressure was good. The shower leaked a little at a gap and may have had slightly weak pressure, but it drained fine and the temperature was just right. I was glad there were two pairs of slippers in a room for two, one for coming back and one for after a bath, though after cleaning they were put back and I couldn’t tell which was which. The bed was large, but the room could feel cramped for two, especially with luggage. I was initially concerned there was no shower curtain, but the bathroom was spacious and dried fully after half a day. A curtain would probably be better in a smaller bathroom.
