The buffet breakfast had a wide range of choices, and the hotel has well-designed facilities with plenty of shared spaces. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Staff were professional and helpful throughout. With restaurants, tourist sites, and shopping centers in walking distance, there was plenty nearby. Subway and bus stations were close, which made commuting very easy. I highly recommend this hotel and the chain.

I've stayed here a few times on trips to Seoul, and the rooms are big by Seoul standards. The team are consistently professional and personable, explaining things clearly and helping with any questions or concerns. Major attractions, nightlife, and shopping are nearby, and getting around is easy with the Metro close and bus stops just steps away.

A big thank you to Front Desk Manager, Jacob Song, and the front desk team for looking after my family and me so well. We felt welcome and valued from the moment we arrived. We were also very pleased with our room assignment and its beautiful view. The housekeeping team kept the room clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout. Their care and attention to detail were clear. Everyone we met was professional, attentive, and kind, and the hospitality made our stay at ibis Ambassador Seoul Myeongdong memorable. My family and I truly appreciated the service and look forward to returning to Seoul. Highly recommended for a visit to Myeongdong.

The bathroom felt quite small, and breakfast was basic, though fine for a day. The room itself was an adequate size. Reception were friendly and gave great customer service, especially Jeff. The hotel is in a very convenient spot for shops, shopping, and food streets.

Getting a taxi was easy, since drivers could come right to the hotel entrance, so there was no need to meet them somewhere else. The room was clean and spacious, and the location worked perfectly for visiting the attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We'll book at the Ibis again.
