L3 Guest House

The rooms were really tight, but the interior had been renovated and was nice and clean, which I liked. On my female-only floor, there were basically two toilets serving at least four rooms, with around four girls in each. I had roommates who snored, which wasn’t great, though earplugs made it bearable. The thick, heavy curtains gave me a nice sense of privacy. The location is a great deal if you don’t mind taking buses around Seoul, though they cost a little more than the subway.

I stayed here four months ago. My sister said the place had just opened, and the staff spoke English and were very polite. It was clean, cheap, and felt safe, with convenient travel access in Hongdae. You can leave your luggage after checkout. If I get the chance, I’ll visit again.🙏🏻🇹🇭💕

I felt safe here. It’s quiet on a small road, yet very close to hongdae street, so the location is amazing. The rooms were clean, and there were free snacks and drinks in the kitchen. My only complaint is the bathroom situation: there are just two, and I had to wait every morning.

I liked my stay overall, and the rooms were clean and kept warm in winter. The location is good, there are free packet drinks, and washing machines are available for a fee. A couple of things could be better. The female showers don’t have anywhere to hang towels or clothes, which makes showering a hassle. There’s also a unisex shower. If you get a room near the entrance, noise can be REALLY bad. The walls are thin, so you hear footsteps upstairs, outside, and downstairs, plus people talking and keying in the door password. The door sounds are super loud and woke me every time. Light sleepers may be woken easily.
