The staff were welcoming and very nice, and they provide cans of coffee and orange juice. It’s not far from a train station, though the front entrance down an alley felt a little sketchy. The floors are heated, but there’s only AC in the room, so heating is controlled for everyone and it got very cold at night. The room could have been cleaner, and the single laundry machine always seemed to be in use. I’d stay again if I needed a night in the area.

For a year, this place was home, and seeing the staff each day was a pleasure. They were VERY friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t the best I’ve had, but for what it cost, it was totally satisfying. I’m grateful to Shine Hotel and its staff for the wonderful year and all the memories. Thank you, and I hope our paths cross again someday.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the room didn’t resemble the photos. It was dusty and dirty, with mold, and the price felt far too high for that quality.

We booked it for one night during a trip. It was decent enough, but cheap really did mean you got what you paid for. No toothbrush, hard beds, stale, musty air, and mold on the walls.
