Patio 59 Hongdae's Head

The room was clean and had towels and nearly all the amenities I needed. It’s about 10 minutes from Hongkik univ and hongdae, and the staff were lovely, helpful, and quick to reply to my emails. I’ve stayed in Seoul three times, and this was easily my favorite place. You get what you pay for, in a good way. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you very much

We spent two weeks here and it was absolutely worth it. The bed was good, the place was clean, and having a washing machine was handy. The staff were so caring and wonderful. If I return to Korea, I’ll come back here.

The area was quiet and well located, but we had several problems in the bathroom. The sink kept filling up and took ages to drain, the restroom smelled like a sewer, and the shower head leaked even when we were just washing our hands. The beds were also really hard.

For the price, it was decent value, but the property didn’t seem to be maintained properly. I stayed 29 days, and the bed was awful, the TV speakers didn’t work, and there was a terrible smell, among other things. The stay didn’t feel reliable. Next time, I’d rather pay more for a hotel.
