My friend tried to book a stay here, but a technical issue on Trip.com put in the wrong date. The staff and owner were extremely unhelpful when she tried to sort it out. One staff member even asked if she was Chinese, which had nothing to do with the booking problem. Don’t book here if you expect any customer service.

The staff were rude and disrespectful. They charged extra fees and asked about our race instead of working with us to resolve the booking issues.
