The pool seemed well managed, and the lifeguards were attentive and actively watching the area, which helped our child enjoy it safely and comfortably. We also found the baby crib in good condition and well prepared. The room faced the river, so the strong daytime sun seemed to make the temperature hard to control. That could be uncomfortable for families with infants, since keeping the room temperature steady may be difficult. The air purifier was brought up but left for us to set up ourselves, which was inconvenient. We only noticed the bathroom sink was leaking after check-in. We told the staff at checkout and suggested they check the room. They acknowledged it and asked if it had caused trouble. We said it was fine, so there’s nothing more to add on that. The wine glasses had water stains and needed another wipe before use. During valet parking, the concierge service didn’t feel very attentive. No one offered to help load or unload our luggage, and the staff seemed to be standing around chatting at the valet booth. Aside from these points, the stay was generally pleasant.

For our anniversary, we stayed at Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole after spending time near Star City Art Wedding Hall (Star City Art Hall), where my wife and I got married in 2024. I asked for a little surprise cake, and hotel manager Hailey Yu kindly arranged a wonderful one. We really appreciated that. The concierge, lift, gym, spa, pool, and room were all top-notch. Such a lovely experience.

The Hangang view from our clean, new room was great, and the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with any issue. Getting around was easy too, since the hotel connects directly to a mall and subway station. There are also restaurants across the street that stay open until midnight. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

Eileen Kim kindly showed us both the room we booked and the Premium Family Suite we were upgraded to, and spoke excellent English. The hotel is connected to a mall and the "Guui" train station, which made the location really convenient. Breakfast had a good mix of Korean and Western food, and our room was cleaned each day. The front desk staff were friendly most of the time. One thing to know for winter: the air-con doesn't run, though there is a room purification fan and you can open the window for fresh, cold air. A good place to stay.

Ms. Mini made a particular impression on us. We only learned later from a staff member that she was the General Manager, since she spoke with us so naturally and humbly. She helped with a restaurant reservation and suggested a local eel restaurant that turned out to be excellent. The whole team was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, and every interaction felt professional and helpful. That kind of sincere, hands-on hospitality reflects well on the hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ambassador Seoul East Pole and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm service in Seoul.
