Cheap, in a convenient area, and the room was clean. The neighbors were surprisingly quiet. There's heat and AC in the room. After two nights, no complaints so far.

I'm staying here long term because of the hospital. The owner is really kind, and although the building is old, my room is clean. Clean is good, right? There's no computer, but I'm satisfied.

Good location, clean room, and a reasonable price.
