The rooms and shared areas felt very basic, with few amenities and not much attention to comfort or upkeep. The layout, noise, and atmosphere were more like shared, short-term lodging than a hotel. It's listed online as a 3-star hotel, but to me it was much closer to a hostel or budget guesthouse, and the photos and description didn't match the stay. It might suit someone looking for the cheapest option who doesn't mind hostel-like conditions. The place should be marketed more honestly so guests know what to expect. If you're looking for standard hotel service, privacy, or comfort, you may be disappointed.

The bathroom was so small the door barely opened, and showering left the toilet soaked. I know bathrooms this small aren't unusual in Seoul, but this one felt especially cramped. The location worked well for us, right by Seoul station with cafes and restaurants close by. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a sink, kettle, and equipment for cooking and washing clothes. It met our needs as a cheap stop beside the train station, but I probably wouldn't stay longer.

The owner was a great person. He changed my room and fixed my problem. It felt like living at home, and I'll come back here when I visit seoul again.

The room was fine and well equipped, and the location is excellent, just around the corner from Seoul Station. The bathroom is another story. You can barely open the door, and tissues have to go in a bin. It's basically a toilet with a shower head fitted above the toilet seat, so everything gets soaked. Korean showers can be like that, but this one is so tiny that you have to remove the toilet paper before taking a shower.

The room was neat and clean, and the location was great. The host was attentive, helpful, and accommodating. We had a lot of really heavy luggage, and he kindly offered to carry it up the stairs. He also arranged transport to the airport and was available whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Seoul.
