Vio was so kind and pleasant to deal with, and the staff interaction was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The gym is basic, but still had what a traveler needs. There was some traffic noise, though we had no complaints otherwise. It’s a nice central area, close to shopping and with easy transit.

There’s a subway line directly in front, plus several bus stops, ATMs, and convenience stores close by. Myeongdong and Deoksugung Palace are nearby too. The pricing was great, and I’d come back. The service, room delivery, breakfast, and cleaning were all excellent. I loved having two free water bottles stocked in the room each day, and breakfast was totally worth it with so many options. Amazing hotel for seeing Seoul, 10/10!

It was helpful that some of the staff spoke English, and the transit stop was only a few steps away. There are lots of included amenities, like laundry rooms, ice machines, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. I highly recommend this if you’re coming to Japan soon and need a simple place to stay!

Grateful, fantastic, fabulous. I loved this hotel from check-in, and the room was awesome. Each morning in Seoul I woke up happy, and I felt the same coming back to the room. Housekeeping kept everything clean and neat, which made me happy too. The location is good, just a short walk from Seodaemun metro station, with convenient trips to places like Myeongdong and Starfield Suwon. Airport limousine bus 6002 brings you here, with only a short walk at the end. The female staff were lovely and nice. When there’s a connection, you can feel the good vibes. Yes, I’d come back and stay here again without hesitation.

A clean, very good hotel with friendly staff who are always cheerful. It’s in a great location, with the subway station right beside it, or about a $10 taxi ride to the main tourist spots. Sophia and the rest of the Shilla Stay staff did a great job. I’d recommend it and stay here again. Thanks!
