Single House

The location is one of my favorites, with 7/11 and the subway nearby, plus a lively street full of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The guesthouse feels traditional, and the owners are friendly and stay at the house, waiting for guests to return at night. It felt secure. The bedroom was warm and clean, and the bathroom was heated and very clean. It can feel a little chilly when you step out of your room to use the washroom in winter. Breakfast was delicious, and they even adjusted it for my diet. I’d happily return to Guesthouse Suni!

We especially appreciated how kind the hosts were. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was prepared and presented so nicely. We had a great time here and will come back next time we’re in Seoul. If you want a peaceful Hanok stay while still being near the city center, this is a great fit.

We felt at home right away, thanks to Suni and her family welcoming us into their home. During our four nights, Suni helped us plan things to do and gave us advice about the metro and buses. She also made us a delicious breakfast every morning and catered perfectly to our vegetarian needs. The Hanok was immaculate, cleaned each morning while we were out exploring Seoul. It’s a lovely traditional experience, and getting around is easy, with bus and metro links about a five-minute walk away. Staying with Suni was one of the highlights of our South Korea trip. I can’t recommend it enough.

We stayed three nights, and there was a different delicious breakfast each morning. The hosts were wonderful, and the property was really beautiful. It worked well for us traveling with our one-year-old son, too. I’d definitely recommend this guesthouse in Seoul.
