The location is convenient and it’s reasonably clean, with the things you need. There are cooking utensils inside, which is a plus if it hasn’t been too cold since spring. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here in winter. The building is old and poorly insulated, so it gets cold, and the bed was cold too. The soundproofing is terrible. I’m not especially sensitive, but I could hear people talking in the next room and it really bothered me. The chairs are crooked and uncomfortable, and the bathroom is small and outdated. For 70,000 won, you could stay at a better hotel a little farther out. At 50,000 won, I wouldn’t have written such a long review. Even if the location suits you, I’d avoid it at this price and in this cold. It’s a bad choice for important days. If a cold bed would be a problem, don’t stay here. Only consider it if you don’t mind noise while sleeping, can sleep comfortably with earplugs, and can afford the price. Calling it a two-star hotel is ridiculous.

It feels more like a comfortable studio apartment than a fancy hotel. Each room has a washing machine, fridge, induction cooktop, and drying rack. It’s almost noise-free, and the location is great, with a convenience store and study cafe right in front and a main road a short walk away. The one drawback is that late checkout isn’t available. I think it’s great.

The apartment is cleaned every day, so it stays very clean. The facilities are much like a standard studio, and being right next to Hanyang University Hospital means there are plenty of restaurants and other amenities nearby. Transport is convenient too.

The bathroom smelled like cigarettes, the bedding and pillows didn’t seem to have been washed, and the kettle had grime stains. At night I could hear people entering passwords so clearly that I couldn’t sleep. Some guests came in after midnight and talked loudly, which was rude. Maybe because there’s a hospital nearby, I was also kept awake by ambulance noise.
