The main drawbacks were weak wifi and dust on the bed and duvet. I'd suggest bringing your own pillow, bed, and duvet covers. The room is only around 100sqf, so if you're oversized, maybe try staying one night first to see how it feels. The building is just 1-2min from Noryangjin Subway, and Noryangjin is in central Seoul. The heating works in winter, and the shower and toilet are private. There are shared laundry machines and a kitchen.

The core Albergue is clean and nice, and the host is really nice too. It feels safe and welcoming for people traveling alone. They also have monthly packages for longer stays. Definitely recommend.

The entrance to the accommodation was a cluttered garage, and the women's dormitory was on basement level 1. The room had no windows, and the whole basement smelled strongly of mold. The door couldn't be locked when leaving, and the glass panel in it was crudely covered with tape. Overall, the accommodation was in very poor condition.

The basement location meant there was no street noise, and it was quiet at night. I chose this place because I needed somewhere along Line 9, and its proximity to the station was very convenient. But the shared areas, including the shower room, toilet, and lounge, were terribly unhygienic. Long hair was all over the place and still there the next day. The towels were discolored and worn out, and I was very unhappy with the price for this level of service. Although it was a women-only floor, the male owner came and went, and I ran into him just as I came out of the shower room. I also couldn't borrow a room key, so I couldn't lock my room when I went out. Unfortunately, I'll never stay here again.
