From the 17th floor I had a great view out the window. I stayed for 14 days for self quarantine as a foreigner, and everything was tidy and well prepared. The toaster didn’t work, though I didn’t need it. The air conditioner, refrigerator, and electric cooking range all worked perfectly. Most of all, the hotel replied right away whenever I had a question.

We come back here whenever we visit Korea. It feels like home, with a washing machine and basic cooking equipment, plus shampoo and shower gel provided. The apartments get cleaned twice a week and are reasonably priced. They’re a bit small, and you can’t stand up straight in the mezzanine bedroom, but that doesn’t bother us.

I stayed for a month, and the sky view room was awesome, with a view of Namsan tower. The room was clean and the location was good, with lots of 24 hr cafes and other places nearby. You can get groceries delivered, and they give you the number for a dry cleaning shop that picks up and delivers.

I stayed three nights through Airbnb and would strongly recommend it. It’s right next to everything, and getting around Seoul is easy from this transport hub. A good base for exploring the city.

Kevin came across as decent at first, but after a few questions or requests he became abrupt and rude. From traveling abroad, I’ve learned how much the place you stay can affect a trip, and a bad choice can potentially ruin your holiday. I’d advise travelers to stay away from Kevin and his tacky "Sweet Palace," especially if you don’t want to deal with someone I found rude and arrogant. He forces you to take his cleaners every 2 days so they can spy on you. AVOID!
