The bathroom noise from upstairs was loud enough to keep me from sleeping well. The room also had bad-smelling bedding and an air conditioner with a sharp, spicy odor. For the price, the facilities felt old and costly, and there wasn't even breakfast.

We booked a room for two, but there was just one throw. We asked for another, since the rooms have them, and they still wouldn't give us one. Why?

The room was clean, and the concierge was nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the area, with a chicken place nearby. Sinsa station is about a 6 minute walk, and the airport bus stop is about the same distance. That bus goes straight to the airport every 30 minutes and costs 17,000 won. The air conditioning works through the TV remote. You can hear people in the morning through the thin walls, though.

The location, price, and service crew were okay. The housekeeping and cleanliness need work, though. I stayed two nights and they didn't change the bedsheet until I mentioned it to staff. Even then, the sheet seemed like it was covered in bacteria, and my skin got rashes...

The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, though the rooms themselves are old. The heated floor was great in winter. There's plenty of good food around, and the subway station is about a five minute walk away. I stayed three nights.
