My family and I stayed at UH Deoksugung in room 501 from 21st Dec till 26th Dec 2025, and it was the only hotel on our first trip to Seoul that really made our stay enjoyable and happy. Four Point Sheraton (Myeongdong) was no way better than UH Deoksugung. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and cleaning team were excellent at communicating with us in English. They treated us respectfully as foreign guests, which made us feel very good. Laundry was delivered quickly, and the team checked whether it was okay to wash my knit garment. That showed care for our belongings, and the prompt service meant our family had clean clothes every day during the winter stay. On 26th December, I was checking out to go to another hotel, Four Point Sheraton (Myeongdong), and had trouble booking a big taxi. A young front desk lady on duty at 12pm arranged a Kakao taxi and even spoke with the driver about accommodating our many bags. I asked her name but have forgotten it. Please pass along my heartfelt thanks for her kindness and help. If we come back to Seoul, my family will definitely stay at UH Suite Deoksugung again or try another UH suite branch in South Korea. We trust UH Suite to take good care of its guests. Thank you for looking after us. Thank you and God Blessed.

The suite was a little small, but stylish and comfortable, and the location made getting around easy. The staff were what really stood out: helpful, attentive, and quick throughout my stay. IRANG deserves a special mention for going out of their way to help us and make everything smooth. It’s a welcoming place and a great option for a girls’ trip. I’d happily return.

UH Suite Seoul Deoksugung puts its attention into the rooms and location, and I like that choice. The rooms are stylish, clean, and immaculate. Most hotels focus on their lobbys, so this feels like a bold, refreshing kind of professionalism. The staff are well trained and understand what quality service means.

We spent four days in the Palace Suite at UH Suite Seoul Deoksugung, and loved the stay. The suite had lots of room for our family or a group: three comfortable bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two washrooms, plenty of storage, and a private sauna. It was clean and modern. With the central location, exploring Seoul was easy, and everything from check-in to checkout went smoothly. Highly recommend it for a luxurious stay in the heart of Seoul.

The diningroom was a lovely spot to relax after sightseeing, and we had a stunning city view from our stylish, modern room. The staff made us feel welcome all the way from check-in to checkout. I also appreciated the eco-friendly refillable toiletries. A great choice for a leisure or business trip.
