Right in the middle of Myeongdong, with plenty of shops and food stalls nearby, and the train station is close too. The room was clean and looked after, with comfortable beds and a modern, relaxing feel. Staff were friendly, quick to respond and communicated well in English, so check-in and the stay were easy. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

The front desk team made things easy. They speak fluent English, are very accommodating, and replied quickly and efficiently on WhatsApp. Breakfast each day and the convenient daily laundry service were lovely too. We had a wonderful family stay at UH Suite Myeongdong. It’s close to everything, yet quiet enough to sleep well. We’ll definitely come back and are already trying to plan another trip, though they’re understandably fully booked. 10/10!

The service really stood out. Staff were kind, polite, attentive and proactive, always ready to help with requests. We could reach them through different messaging apps, and they replied promptly. Even when we skipped room service, they thoughtfully left us plenty of fresh towels and bottled water. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is right in Myeongdong’s shopping district, surrounded by great restaurants and an easy walk from the subway, which made getting around Seoul simple. The area also felt safe at night. We had a comfortable, hassle-free stay and would recommend it to visitors.

The onsen-bath room was a great pick. Having a soak after a long day shopping was lovely, and it was bigger than most hotels in myeongdong. The beds and pillows felt just right for me, not too soft. Staff were friendly and helpful, and always made me feel welcome. A big bonus for multi-night bookings of certain room types is the free laundry service. Loved it!

The location couldn’t be better, right in the shopping district. We could shop, drop our bags at the hotel, then head back out easily. There are hundreds of restaurants and food stalls open every night, so we kept finding things to eat. We all gained a couple of kilos in just three nights! We booked the Annex Grand Suite for 8 people, but the room was quite tiny and the carpet a bit dirty. The complimentary laundry was thoughtful and practical: we left clothes at reception between 9-11 am and picked them up clean after 6 pm. It was a nice stay with excellent service, convenient access and lots of food choices. Highly recommended for Myeongdong, though I’d pick a different room from ours.
