UH Suite The Seoul

The kitchenette has just a large sink and microwave. There are no bowls or plates, or induction hob and pots, though some dishes would be handy for kids or a quick breakfast. The washing machine in the living room also has no dryer, which was unexpected, although the hotel does offer free laundry. The rooms in the 3 bedroom at Seoul station outlet were small, with no room to open our luggage, so we packed in the living room and sometimes had to take turns. I can accept small rooms in central Korean hotels, but this was tight. The walls are thin, and twice the bathroom drain clogged, sending water from the shower area into the sink area. We used towels to keep it from spreading beyond the bathroom. Serious cleaning is only every 4 days; they change towels and take rubbish daily, but they often forget to replace the bin bag, and the bin is tiny. My friend had to move items off the floor so the cleaner could vacuum properly instead of going around them. Cleaning staff were mainly mainlanders. The hotel seems to use very poor quality products and lots of unfamiliar brands. Maybe the other outlets are better, I’m not sure.

A family friendly place for travellers to Seoul. The rooms are clean, and it’s only a short walk to Seoul Station. There’s a washing machine and microwave oven in the room, which is great. I’d recommend UH Suite The Seoul to families and couples.

The view from the room is amazing, and the rooms themselves are spacious with comfortable beds. With major station lines nearby and good places to eat all around, it’s a great base for exploring Seoul.

The beds were very firm and extremely uncomfortable. Honestly, even the couch was better to lie on. We also had a shower drainage issue, with water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. We booked a private city suite with 2 bedrooms. The suite and rooms were nice and clean, but very small, with nowhere in either bedroom to store or open a suitcase. We arrived early and left our details, but nobody let us know when the room was ready.
