For central Seoul, the price is really reasonable. The room was clean and the location was great.

The train is right on the doorstep, and there are loads of convenience stores, cafes, and halal food options nearby. It's also close to Yonsei University and Yonsei severance hospital. Great location!!

The central location is the only real upside I found. There's no elevator, so if you end up on the fourth floor, you have to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. The rooms are smaller than I expected, the bathroom smelled of cigarettes, and the PC wasn't in very good shape. Guests with luggage should avoid this place if they can. I wouldn't stay again.
