I was in town for a conference at coex and stayed several days. The deluxe room was a better size than I expected, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The room really exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy, and the staff were fine and quite helpful. As at many East Asian hotels, early check-in seemed nearly impossible unless you paid. The location was the standout, within walking distance of the coex mall and the airport limousine bus stop. There are plenty of minimarkets and places to eat nearby, as well as lots of public transport options.

The rooftop was nice, and everything else about the stay was great. I was here for work at COEX, so the location suited me perfectly. The rooms are small, but clean and laid out well, and the gym was good. Check-in could be more flexible. I asked to arrive around 1 pm, but kept being told the room would only be available at 3. After several people were checked in just after I asked, I felt annoyed. It seemed to depend on who handled the request.

The room was so cramped I couldn't keep my luggage inside without putting it in the hallway. When I asked to move to a larger room, they quoted a ridiculous upgrade price. They also wouldn't let me check in even a minute early without charging me. This place feels like an absolute scam. Avoid it.

The breakfast was actually really good. That's the first time I've ever had hotel food I'd describe as anything other than horrible. Honestly, this may be the closest I've come to a perfect stay.

The staff were helpful and attentive, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is new, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Double Room is small enough that you can't fully open a big suitcase, but it was manageable. The bathroom is lovely and new, though water gets everywhere because there's no divider between the tub and the rest of it. Breakfast is served only on weekdays, with a good range of food.
