Weave Suites - Sunyu Parkside

The B1 floor was a highlight for us, with a lot of space and a WeWork-style coworking setup. We had a small internet problem at first, but restarting our devices fixed it. The location also worked well: the building is right behind a bus stop with city and airport buses, and just a few steps from the train station. It might look far away at first, but getting around was convenient. We liked being away from busy areas, and there are convenience stores and lots of restaurants nearby. We booked a 27 sqm room and were comfortable overall. The bed was good, the bathroom spacious, and the hot and cold water adjusted quickly. The cooking range and washing machine came in handy. Extra pillows arrived quickly, and we slept well. The Dyson hair dryer and Samsung appliances made it feel like home. A few things could be better: a built-in drying rack would make sense with the washing machine, and there should be a trash bin in the toilet. Room cleaning was done partially without us asking, so guests should be able to opt in or out, with “Do Not Disturb” and “Make Up Room” signs available. We liked the room and our stay, and will stay here again, though there are a few key improvements needed.

The subway is right at your doorstep, and the staff and security are extremely warm and friendly. I've been staying at Weave for about 6+ months and loved it. My apartment was huge, as were the bathrooms, and there was weekly cleaning. The shared facilities are beautiful: a gym, work space, golf simulator, media room, and open common kitchen. Every friend I've brought over has been impressed by the place and its facilities. They also hold resident get-togethers every 2 weeks, like pilates, yoga, dance classes, and rooftop barbecues. It's a perfect place for a long-term life in Seoul, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone living here long term.

Right by Line 9, with some great local places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly around the clock and helped with all our questions during the stay. Facilities were clean, and the shared spaces were nice for relaxing or getting work done.

I checked out a day early and gave notice, but the staff handled the situation disrespectfully and didn't follow through on what they said. The manager said a refund would be difficult and told me to cancel another hotel I'd already booked. I explained that I wasn't feeling well that day. She frowned and kept me standing there for a long time, making me repeat myself, and never apologized for the other staff member's rude behavior. She came across as annoyed and rude herself. It made no sense.
