For a motel rather than a hotel, this is a pretty decent spot. I booked through the Yeogi Eottae app, and the room was cozy, around 10 square meters. The station is nearby, the surrounding amenities are excellent, and getting to work for a few days from here would be easy. The first-floor lobby is spacious and attractive, and the routes from there to the room are smooth. The place felt very sanitary, with no cigarette smell. The soft blankets and pillows, good lighting, and strong ventilation, including in the bathroom, were all positives. Basic facilities were satisfying: a bidet, bathtub, PC, and a fully working whirlpool and shower. The TV supports phone screen sharing for a larger picture, and the PC handles work and even games. There are lots of mirrors in the room and bathroom, plenty of outlets, USB charging, an electric kettle, and a mini-fridge.

The place is neatly designed and the facilities are decent. The water temperature was good, but pressure was a little weak, and the bathroom became quite slippery when wet.

The information desk staff were very friendly, and the subway station is close by. The boiler felt a little weak, and the shower head worked in an unusual way. It was expensive.

Mechanical noise came from outside the window, and the building had no soundproofing at all. I couldn't sleep. This was a huge disappointment and the worst place I've stayed. I won't be back.
