Hotel Haedeun

Hotel Hadden combines modern comfort with helpful hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, with comfortable beds, sleek furniture, and what you need for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the care in the room setup, from the well-kept bathrooms to the cozy lighting that makes the space feel warm and inviting. It’s in a great spot for nearby attractions, places to eat, and shopping, while still feeling private and peaceful.

Not sure why, but when I added my photo, my earlier opinion disappeared. Anyway, this hotel is perfect. The room is very clean and has an air cleaner and styler. The location is decent, and you can get around by public transportation, especially the bus. There’s a beautiful lake nearby for a jog or walk. They serve a simple breakfast with bread, cereal, and K-ramens, which makes me happy in the morning. Don’t waste your time and money in Sokcho city. Enjoy your trip to Korea!

The view and location at 703 are top notch, but watch out for extra fees. They charge 20000 won for the grill and 50000 won for the hot tub, 70000 in total. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charges 20000 won per hour for late checkout in a family suite. They still charged us extra even though I called that morning to arrange a late checkout.

The room was spotless and nicely arranged, though the tight parking area made finding a spot difficult. I did a double take when I noticed the lobby staff member had tattoos covering both arms. Maybe that's just my own bias showing, but it caught me off guard.
