Mohammed, the Indian receptionist, really lacks customer service skills. He barely pays attention when you speak to him, doesn’t look at you, and shows no respect. Staff don’t greet you, and even when you say good morning in a friendly way, they don’t answer, hhhhhh. They make you feel as if you’re getting the room for free. Everyone seemed so cold, almost as if the staff were under some kind of shock. This was our worst experience anywhere, not just in Kuwait. I don’t know what’s going on.

Eva Waigera at reception wasn’t helpful. She wouldn’t let our visitors use the lift to see their friends, even though the same visitors had been allowed the day before by another employee, who welcomed them with a smile. When we asked for the manager, he suddenly wasn’t available. Please make the rules clear.

The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, though the decor felt dated, and the service wasn’t great. There’s only a small parking area, so if the building is full, you may have to leave your car far away. It’s a decent option if all you need is somewhere to sleep.

I won’t stay here again after the way I was treated. I had a big argument with the rude receptionist, Eva, and the manager also had a bad attitude and covered for her mistake and behavior. I saw other guests arguing with them too. On top of that, several things in the room were broken, and the doors didn’t open and close properly.
