A comfortable place to unwind, with a relaxing pool and a very comfortable bed. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food with good choices and quality meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Aileen and Kashan, whose warm hospitality made our stay more memorable. We had a wonderful visit, highly recommend it, and I'd definitely come back.

The General Manager, Mr. Reza, deserves special thanks for his support, professionalism, and leadership in keeping service standards high. Sanish and Jai were also kind, attentive, and helpful, making sure things went smoothly and comfortably. I recently checked out after an outstanding stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hospitality made the visit memorable. It was a fruitful and enjoyable experience. I'd highly recommend this hotel for excellent service and a relaxing stay, and look forward to returning.

Mary, Aileen, Umeesh, and the whole hotel team made our second birthday celebration for my wife at Kuwait Grand Hotel special again. They kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out, and the complimentary upgrade to a lovely sea-view room made the occasion even more memorable. Everything was arranged smoothly and the stay felt relaxing. We're grateful for the warm hospitality and excellent service, and for helping us make wonderful birthday memories. We'll definitely return.

We've been coming back to this hotel restaurant for two years, ever since our first visit. We return for the buffet iftaars and breakfasts, and I highly recommend it for the wide selection and welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, and Mr Sanket, the manager, is a gem with his great hospitality. We've brought many friends, and they've all said the same.

Mary from the buffet made a lovely impression on me. She was always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely warm, with a smile that made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I’m grateful for her kindness and hospitality during my stay.
