The furniture is a bit old, though it's been kept in good shape. I was happy with how clean everything was, which matters most to me, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place has the facilities you'd need, including a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. Not bad.

The sitting room was large and comfortable, and the bedroom had a big bed. It's a conveniently located hotel apartment near restaurants and shopping malls. The price seemed reasonable for the service and amenities, including kitchen utensils and a washing machine.

The drainage is the main problem for me. Drain flies come up through the drains in rooms across the floors. I've stayed in several rooms, and in nearly 90% of the time there were drain flies, often in large numbers. Housekeeping also needs improvement. The cleaners do only the basics unless you point something out. I asked several times, then complained, before they finally vacuumed the carpet instead of sweeping it with a broom. That took a week. The plates are never clean either. The location in Salmiya is excellent, and most of the staff are friendly, but the service needs work.
