The bed was very comfortable, and there was little noise outside apart from the occasional siren. Water is available from dispensers in the shared areas, and apparently you can order tea or coffee. Staff seem to be on site around the clock. I’m not sure how I feel about being watched all the time, though Kazakhstan has video surveillance everywhere anyway 😂😂, so you’re probably on camera whenever you’re in public. My room was quite small, barely enough space to open a large suitcase. The shower was spacious and had good water pressure. The room felt a bit too warm even with the windows open and cool weather outside. The hotel is on the third floor and there’s no elevator, so you have to carry heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs.

The room has a fresh smell, and there’s a lovely sitting area where they made me a special coffee. The front desk woman and the night shift guy were incredibly helpful all day, even while I was out on a city tour, keeping in touch with me on WhatsApp. It’s close to a bus stop, restaurants, and popular places. I highly recommend it. The only sad part was that I couldn’t stay longer because it was fully booked.

A great hotel in a good part of Almaty, with a 24/7 supermarket nearby. The heating works really well in winter. Just keep in mind you’ll need to use the stairs.

There’s a shared hall where you can sit and chat, which was a nice place to relax with family or friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient during our 4-5 day stay. The rooms were clean and cared for, though a little small. There’s no elevator, and you can hear vehicles from the bedroom. The road wasn’t busy, so that didn’t bother us much. A pleasant stay, and I’d consider coming back.

We stayed here in late August 2025. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and security was good. Reception were professional, friendly, and helpful. The price was very good, and it’s well located for supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The cafe next door serves a great breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend.
