Best deal in Astana for a stay of a few days.

The room was very warm even though it was -30°C outside, and it came with a small refrigerator, TV with lots of channels in the living area, and shower supplies including shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The shower was spacious, but the rain showerhead didn't work and there was no shelf for toiletries. There was no foot towel, and only two towels, one bath and one hand towel. We asked for a hairdryer and it arrived right away. No kettle in the room, but reception can boil water and fill the thermos carafe provided. There were no nightlights, just very bright lighting that wasn't comfortable in the evening. I booked through Booking.com without any problems. I picked the hotel for the included breakfast, reasonable price, and location, and it delivered on those points. There is a small parking lot with a barrier, and you need to call reception to open it. Our Deluxe Room on the fifth floor was spacious and looked clean at first, though I later found lots of dust, including clumps in the corners. The sink also had dirt in its crevices. The large double bed had a mattress that was a bit too soft for me, and my back ached after two nights. The pillows were thin, which I prefer. There was one large blanket and two balconies. I wished the balconies were warmer, though at that temperature they weren't really needed. You have to choose breakfast in advance at reception the evening before, from a suggested list, one dish and one drink. Each item costs 500 tenge as of November 2022. For instance, porridge and coffee with milk are free, while pancakes with honey cost 500 tenge. Breakfast service involved a wait, from 20 minutes to an hour, and one waitress clearly couldn't keep up with everyone. The restaurant prices are very reasonable, but I can't say how good the food is since we only had breakfast. The big drawback was the lack of internet, which I only noticed too late to change hotels. I'd rate the hotel around a C. Service options in our country aren't great, so there isn't much choice at this price and quality. I try to focus on the positives: helpful staff, tasty if simple breakfasts, a spacious room, the necessary toiletries, and the price. Good luck to the hotel, I hope they work on the downsides.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression, and all the plumbing worked. Breakfast is included in the price and served from 7 to 9. The room is large, with wardrobes, a TV, a small refrigerator, robes, disposable slippers, and a shower set. It's one of the few hotels that accepts pets, which is a big plus for me. For the administration, perhaps they could provide food bowls, trays, and litter for guests traveling with animals.

I've stayed here more than once and will definitely come back. The hotel is well located, and the rooms are clean and cozy. A special thanks to the reception staff for their hospitality and help; they're always ready to sort out any problems. Breakfast is great, especially the generous serving of porridge, preferably rice or millet.
