The apartment has a lot of space, but much of it feels pointless. You can hear everything happening in the neighbors' place. The shower has weak water pressure, and the living-room-only air conditioner is loud and drips.
Being close to the mall is a real plus, and the area itself is nice and residential.
It's a peaceful, comfortable residential complex. Just keep in mind there aren't any shops or hair salons.
It's a good residential complex, but some of the people living there are awful. I parked my car and some stupid kids climbed on the hood.
Megalo and Expo are only a short walk away, and the Botanical Garden is close by for jogging or just taking a walk. It's a small, cozy neighborhood with friendly neighbors 😁 I love living here 💜
