Grace Point Hotel

We've been here for two days and the rooms still haven't been cleaned or had their towels changed. I don't know if they will be. The staff doesn't respond to comments, and there are only downsides. The rooms are all on the ground floor, with windows facing the summer garden, and there's no air conditioning. All night you hear drunken chatter from people in the garden. The rooms are tiny, as if meant for underfed dwarfs, and there's no closet. The restaurant doesn't cook fresh food, just reheats old dishes. Even the coffee is instant. The positive reviews are nonsense.

We stayed August 14-16, 2022, and booked two rooms when we checked in. One room had just one towel, one toiletries set and one robe, and we spent two days wondering why. Then we were asked to pay an extra hotel charge because they apparently hadn't counted the additional guest in one of the rooms. When we asked for the manager, the receptionist told us she was the manager.

I've stayed here more than once and have never had a complaint. The rooms are comfortable, the location is in a residential area, and breakfast is always delicious. Staff are competent, polite and very attentive, ready to help with any request. The service is consistently good for either business or leisure travel. Bravo, excellent hotel. I'll definitely come back!

The minimalist design sets this hotel apart from most others. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff really are polite. It's conveniently located, about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. There aren't any party venues nearby, which might be for the best.
