The room and bathroom were both large and comfortable, and the bathroom was big enough to have a party in. The elevator was out that morning, but they fixed it quickly. A staff member I hadn't met knew me by name, which showed great customer awareness. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back.

From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. There was no hospitality or professionalism, and it ruined the whole stay. I expected much better service and at least basic courtesy. A very disappointing experience.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was lovely, with a small balcony and a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and came with dental kits, and there were bathrobes, slippers, and room service. Breakfast was lovely too, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, eggs, yogurt, and more.

The room was clean, cozy, and nice, with a balcony, and the service was great overall. FM Hotel is right in central Shymkent, close to good restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions. The lobby restaurant serves good local food, coffee, tea, and drinks from the bar menu. I'd highly recommend it for a visit to Shymkent.

We were only there for one day as a transit stop, and it was a perfect place to rest. The rooms are excellent and really clean.
